⁃ 2 Anaheim chilies
⁃ 2 oz of queso fresco
⁃ 2 common foodies oatmeal tortillas
⁃ Salsa verde of choice
⁃ Cilantro leaves
Directly in the stove, charr the chilies until almost burnt. Place them inside a plastic bag and let the sweat for a couple of minutes. Remove them from the bag and peel the skin of, make a slash lengthwise and remove the seeds from inside. Fill them with the queso fresco and lleve them in a small baking dish, broil them until the cheese is melted and browning.
In the meantime, charr the tortillas directly in the stove and place them in your plate, top them with the chilies, drizzle salsa verde, add cilantro leaves on top and remove the stems carefully. Enjoy!
