Healthy Breakfast Crepes

3 common foodies oatmeal tortillas 

1/4-1/3 cup of dairy free ricotta (or regular ricotta)

2-3 tbsp of raspberry chia jam 

1/2 cup of berries of your choice

Charr the tortillas directly in the stove from both sides. Once they are warm and charred from the edges, fill them with dairy free ricotta and raspberry chia jam, roll them up and transfer them to your plate. Top with more ricotta, jam and the berries. Enjoy them while they are hot!
