⁃ 1 medium jicama
⁃ 1/4 cup of crunchy peanuts (cacahuate japonés)
⁃ 1/4 cup of cubirindo
⁃ 1/4 cup of tamarind bites
⁃ 1 bag of spicy cauliflower chips
⁃ Chamoy Sirilo
⁃ 1 lime
Using your spiralizer, make small noodles out of your jicama and transfer it to a medium bowl.
Using a rolling pin, crunch the cauliflower chips inside the bag and set aside.
Top the jicama noodles with peanuts, tamarind bites, cubirindo and the crunched chips. Squeeze the lime on top and drizzle chamoy. Enjoy!
