⁃ 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt or dairy free yogurt of your choice
⁃ 1/3 cup of strawberries, washed and chopped
⁃ 1/3 cup of blueberries
⁃ 1/2 a package of matcha amaranth wafers
⁃ 1-2 tbsp of peanut or almond butter
⁃ 1 tsp of chia seeds
Pour the yogurt into a medium bowl, top with the strawberries and blueberries, each on a side. Crunch the matcha wafers on top, breaking them into smaller pieces. Top with peanut butter and chia seeds. Mix it all up and enjoy or mix as you go.
