Wafer Yogurt Bowl

1/2 cup of Greek yogurt or dairy free yogurt of your choice

1/3 cup of strawberries, washed and chopped

1/3 cup of blueberries 

1/2 a package of matcha amaranth wafers

1-2 tbsp of peanut or almond butter

1 tsp of chia seeds 

Pour the yogurt into a medium bowl, top with the strawberries and blueberries, each on a side. Crunch the matcha wafers on top, breaking them into smaller pieces. Top with peanut butter and chia seeds. Mix it all up and enjoy or mix as you go.
